We are so very proud of the amount of work,attention to detail and care we apply to each and every aspect of our products, so we thought we would share it with you.
1) All our items are firstly cut and beveled by hand at our workshop in West Yorkshire using UK sourced materials.

3) We then transfer our cut pieces to our colouring workshop where they firstly primed using high quality primer on both sides. Our spraying team are highly trained and use a variety of professional spray guns to achieve the perfect finish.
4) Once the primer has dried we then re sand each piece again by hand to achieve a smooth surface ready for colouring.
5) The pieces are then coloured on both sides. The pieces are now left to dry for 48 hours
6) Once the pieces are dry the are transferred to the design studio ready for personalisation.
We create each design, in house,from scratch. We take great care in ensuring we have your personalisation correct and then apply this to the chosen plaque/shape.

7) Each piece is then given a top coat of protective lacquer. This enables the piece to keep looking as fresh as the day you bought it for years to come - a true forever keepsake. The lacquer is left for a further 24 hours to dry.
7) Once the lacquer has dried we begin the embellishment and dressing process. Applying high quality,UK sourced materials to complete the design.
8) All our items are then carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed in there own individual boxes ready for dispatch. No invoices are ever included so you can easily send your piece as a gift.
